Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment given you provide 48 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up, you will be charged a $150 fee for the appointment. This means that if an appointment is scheduled for 3:00 pm on a Tuesday, notice must be given by 3:00 pm on Monday at the latest. A fee of $150 will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 48 hours advance notice. *For Monday appointments, you must cancel or reschedule by Friday of the prior week (72 hours). If you are more than 15 minutes late logging in for your scheduled appointment time, it will be treated as a missed appointment and the fee will be assessed. Please understand that therapy should be viewed just as you do any other important medical appointment.
